CLINIC RULES, POLICIES, & OTHER FORMALITIES

We're not terribly formal at RSHC, but we do have some rules. Our policies differ pending on the issue at hand, but we lay them all out here in plain language. Our goal is not to confuse patients; hide unsavory policies; or use fine print to our advantage. We are an honest company. If you don't find the answer to your question here - or if you have questions about our rules - you can contact us for a plain and simple response.

HOUSECALL POLICIES

If one of our providers is coming to your home, please review our house call policies. These policies are for the protection of both patients and our providers. For patients, you'll find common sense pointers for allowing any new person into your home. Our providers also have rules, designed to protect us when visiting new homes.

PHONE CALL POLICIES

Being able to contact your provider directly is a wonderful thing, but there are some associated responsibilities.

MEDICAL RECORD POLICIES

At RSHC, we strongly believe that medical records belong to the patient. Find out how we manage and protect your records.

INSURANCE POLICIES

For reasons we explain here, RSHC does not bill patient insurance directly. However, most patients can still be reimbursed by their insurance companies. Click here to find out how.

Here you will find the costs for our medical services, as well as an explanation for why we charge what we do. We want patients to understand the reasoning behind our costs. More importantly, however, we want patients to understand why RSHC's payment model actually saves money, for both patients and providers.
